Primal Digital has begun quarterly podcasts which can be heard at http://primaldigital.com/pages/podcastpage.html.

The first podcast from October of 2008 features Hardy Fox of The Cryptic Corporation, and contains remixes of The Residents Demons Dance Alone Live at The Warsaw Theater in Brooklyn, New York. The multitrack recordings were made by Julian Lauzzana of Primal Digital, LLC with the help of Isaac Peachin. Remixes and mastering were done by Julian. These remixes have never been heard anywhere else but here! Thanks to Hardy and The Residents for allowing me to share this material.

The second podcast from February of 2009 features Mert Balkanli and chronicles the work he did at Primal Digital study from 2000-2003. Also contained in the podcast is a discussion of Mert's experience being locked up in Paterson county jail for 6 weeks after 9/11 (without any charging documents for over 3 weeks).

Primal Digital HQ is now in Portland, Oregon. After leaving NYC in late 2005, Julian and the gear moved to Vermont for a year, then to Michigan and to Arizona and finally now to Portland. We are hoping to stay put here for a while if work allows. Focus is now on projects that address sustainability issues and incorporate participation of children.

MantraMatic is playing at Giorgio Gomelsky's Purple Door in Chelsea, NYC.
This will be the Sixth Manifestation of MantraMatic.

During this weekend, Giorgio Gomelski is being filmed for a Documentary on European Television that will cover more than three decades of his work as a producer in New York City at his music laboratory now called the Purple Door.
